Taking the rough, with the smooth…

I’ve been reflecting on this decision for quite some time now, and it is with a tinge of regret that I write to share some important news about one of our SPV companies which sits under the umbrella of Click Above Ltd.

Today, I want to address the difficult decision we had to make: placing Click St Andrews Ltd into liquidation. As a Managing Director, this is never an easy step to take especially when you’ve tried your best to overcome adversity doing what you believe to be the right thing.

Undoubtedly, these are challenging times, especially given the current environment. However, I firmly believe that every ending brings with it the promise of a new beginning. Just like the sun setting, it will rise again the next morning, heralding a fresh start.

Throughout the years, our team has poured their heart and soul into creating a company we could be truly proud of—a company driven by innovation, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Unfortunately, we encountered unforeseen obstacles, such as the one in thirty year storm that took place without warning in London on 24th July 2021. Being placed on the back foot, that led us down what was a difficult path. Coupled with other market challenges and financial difficulties, the environment necessitated this restructuring step.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to each and every employee who contributed their time, energy, and talent to the St Andrews project. Your unwavering commitment and dedication have been the cornerstone of our success. Together, we achieved remarkable milestones and fostered a sense of unity that is truly inspiring.

To our valued customers who own properties at St Andrews, I want to assure you that this news does not blight your home, and diminish the value and potential of your homes. I genuinely appreciate your trust, loyalty, and ongoing support. It is your belief in our products and services that continues to drive us to create what we believe are exceptional penthouse homes.

Our employees have always been at the heart of our organization, and we are committed to supporting them during this challenging period.

As we embark on a new journey of building more remarkable schemes, I feel a renewed sense of determination and optimism. While the chapter for St Andrews has come to a close, it also opens up exciting possibilities for growth and learning. Undoubtedly, there will be differing opinions, with some viewing one in thirty year storms as within our control, but freak weather in mid July is not normal. However, those of us working within the team know that we did our absolute best. Therefore, we remain steadfast in our commitment to the values that have guided us thus far: integrity, resilience, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence.

I would also like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to our industry colleagues for their unwavering support and belief in our company. Your encouragement and well wishes have been a source of strength throughout this process, and we are incredibly grateful for your continued partnership.

Warm regards,

Aaron Emmett
