Q: What initially motivated you to pivot from traditional home sales to a Build to Rent model? Was there a specific turning point or market indicator that influenced your decision?
A: Absolutely! A pivotal moment for us came in 2021 when Rishi Sunak, then Chancellor, announced the stamp duty holiday. The country was still reeling from the impacts of Covid, and we were in the middle of selling units off-plan for one of our developments.
